Cravings on the Water, located at the
Best Western Resort brings a taste of Cuba to the Crystal River area. With outside seating right on Kings Bay, the atmosphere is as tropical as the food is authentic.
Owners Huvi and Malinda Pardo prepare the
food fresh daily. With all recipes coming from Huvi's grandmother "Mimi". The Pardo family came from Cuba and the strong Latin roots remain. As the menu states "the ingredients are not a secret but the sequence of preparation will always remain in the family." No shortcuts are taken with the recipes, roasted pork cooked daily,
"mojo" made from scratch and garbanzo bean and black bean soups prepared fresh. Creamy homemade flan and a shot of Cuban coffee compliments the traditional Cuban meal.

Cravings on the water has a full liquor bar with tropical drinks and the
specialty. Dominoes are played daily by the locals and live music every
weekend.
